Step 3: Use Exclusivity to Drive Demand
Here’s the truth: People value what feels RARE and SPECIAL. If working with you feels like something anyone can do at any time, your perceived value drops.

How to Create Exclusivity:

  • Limit Availability: Cap the number of clients you work with at a time. For example, “I only work with FIVE new clients per quarter.”
  • Create an Application Process: Make prospects apply to work with you. This flips the dynamic—they’ll feel like THEY need to impress YOU.
  • Highlight Premium Pricing: Don’t shy away from charging premium rates. High-value clients equate higher prices with higher quality.
