Any physical products (including but not limited to books) can be returned for a full refund. Online courses can be refunded for a maximum of 30 days after initial purchase. And Coaching and Consulting is non-refundable. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund under the terms specified in our refund policy.
